Program: Keith Gillis, TC Police Dept told us there are 29 officers in the TC unit and they are divided into 4 sections of the city. He told us about the opiate problems and how Safe Harbor is making an impact on the community. Currently there is a Police Academy at NMC and they are looking to hire 2 bike officers for summer.
